/COLLECTING ORDERS

Payments: 

Once an invoice has been distributed, full payment is due.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is made. 

Grazing/Event Bookings: 20% deposit is required at time of invoice being sent to you. 

Remaining payment must be made within 7 calendar days of event. 

SaMove DC will not be liable for any damages caused to the goods once they have been picked up or delivered.

Cancellations: 

Grazing/Events: minimum 7 days notice required. 

FULL CREDIT given to use at a later date. (subject to date availabilities)

 

Refunds:

Grazing/Events: SaMove DC reserve the rights to withhold $50 booking loss plus $25 administration fees.

General orders: 20% will be withheld for booking loss. 

Refunds will be returned within 5 business days.  

Hire Equipment

A refundable bond is required at the time of booking. 

Bond will be refunded in full once all SaMove equipment is satisfactorily returned, clean and in good condition. 

SaMove reserve the right to retain all of bond for loss or damage for any hired equipment. 

Please arrive at your appointed time

Due to social distancing measures we will be allocating 15 minute slots for customers to collect their items. 

A maximum of 2 people may collect orders at a time. 

Whilst we love hugs, please don't be offended if we don't hug you during work hours.  We will raincheck that hug for a social visit.
